St. Valentine’s Day Massacre

February 14, 1929

The St. Valentine’s Day gangland massacre in Chicago claims the lives of seven members of Bugs Moran’s gang. Members of Al Capone’s gang, dressed as policemen, trap the victims and order them to put their hands against the wall. They then pull out sawed off shotguns and execute them. They are never arrested for the crime due to lack of evidence.
